PMI’s whole system design methods turn financial statements into collaborative transparency and practical success tools that enable CEOs and CFOs to use finance and operational data for transformed organization engagement, creativity and communication. The tools and methods align the CEO and CFO with operating leaders and teams to drive business results; as well as Board Members, Bankers, Key Advisors and Investors.  PMI’s mission is bringing high performance team results, energy, flow and satisfaction to entire work organizations that are normally only found in championship sports teams. These teams succeed by generating purposeful control of outcomes - defining and applying everyone’s tacit knowledge of the whole system to creating specified operational and financial results. 

Jahn is the developer of these Integral Operations Finance and Accounting Practices ™ and the Designer and Inventor of the Financial Dashboard. He is a strategic partner with the Maryland Assn of CPAs training Division, and The Business Learning Institute, training CFO’s, Controllers and CPA’s in Executive Finance for more than ten years. 

Jahn is the founding director of The Commons: an Institute of the Whole, a California not-for-profit that is spinning off PMI. His passion is creating working and learning environments where everyone can contribute their gifts and talents by building shared language, images, and business plans among and between different specialties and disciplines. He has spent decades doing business development, large-scale collaboration design, collaborative leadership development, and facilitating large-scale strategic summits for companies, communities and public benefit organizations. He is a twenty-year plus practitioner of the Institute of Cultural Affairs’ Technology of Participation, and of Open Space Technology. He also designed & co-founded 20 year-old Leadership Santa Barbara County.
